My name is Citri. I'm pretty typical of a 6 1/2 month old puppy. I get into things I shouldn't, I eat like it's my last meal, I jump up on people when I'm excited, and I love everyone...human or fur. It takes a LOT to tire me out. I come through a room like a hurricane! I am perfectly house and crate trained, seriously, I am! I'm a very good girl and aim to please! I am very very smart and learn quickly.

But there is one way I'm not typical! I am blind. I was born this way, It's not my eyes, it's neurological. The communication path between my brain and my eyes doesn't function correctly. I do see some shadows and once I'm familiar with an environment you can't tell I'm blind. I do rely heavily on my sense of smell to process things around me.

I need a very special home, one with big dog experience, committed to Obedience classes (I'm a brat on a leash), and preferably previous work with blind dogs. My perfect home would give me the training and socialization that any 6 month old puppy needs as well as a job and activities to work my body and mind. I also need an easy going, patient, and friendly large breed dog companion to keep me company and show me the ropes in my forever home. Because I love family life, my human needs to have the time to help me get acquainted with their lives and be willing to put in the time and effort to help me succeed with my Obedience. If you satisfy all these criteria, and want to help me thrive as a family member, please submit an application to see if you're a match for my cute self!
