Kodi's Club Rescue
Brooklyn was surrendered to a city shelter through no fault of her own. The other dog in her home has a seizure disorder and Brooklyn's overtures to play would stress her out and trigger seizures. To accommodate the needs of her doggy sibling, Brooklyn was dropped off at the shelter. Having lived with her family for 2 years, since she was only 6 months old, the shelter terrified her. She was too fearful to leave her kennel or be handled by the kennel attendants.
Brooklyn lived with 2 cats and 2 dogs who she loved and also adores people and attention. With that precious face and pleading eyes, who couldn't succumb to her ploy for attention? Brooklyn is on the small side for a Rottie. She is so good in her foster home...house trained, crate trained, quiet, very food motivated, doesn't chew anything she shouldn't, just a very, very sweet pup. Brooklyn is great at keeping herself entertained given a ball or an interesting Zong type toy. Her zoomies are epic!
Brooklyn would love her very own home. Her ideal home will be patient with her as she gets past the adjustment, with no small children whose play/impulsivity might overwhelm her, has yummy treats, and loves a cuddler. .
